What is your shipping policy?
Ecco Bella ships all orders US Postal Service unless a customer requests UPS delivery. Please choose US Postal Service when shipping to PO Boxes. Orders normally ship within 1 business day but thru this pandemic their staff and warehouse are short-staffed, they are doing their best to get orders processed as soon as they can. They will notify you by email when your order ships.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Ecco Bella will refund or exchange any items that are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase. If products are damaged in transit please photograph in original packaging and submit to customer_service@eccobella.com. If the item is not satisfactory because of function or appearance, Ecco Bella may request for the item to be returned or photographed and submitted to customer_service@eccobella.com. Ecco Bella needs proof to file a claim of damaged products or to alert manufacturing or quality control.
If the item was not purchased directly from Ecco Bella, please contact the company you originally purchased the product from directly. With respect to sales on Amazon.com, they will provide their 100% guarantee and manufacturer’s warranty only for products purchased directly from either Ecco Bella, or from Amazon itself, because these are the only resellers they have confirmed as providing genuine, new and authentic products.
Are Ecco Bella cosmetics “long-lasting”?
Companies that pioneered long-lasting make-up (make-up that stays on for 6 or 8 hours) utilized a silicone-based formula that is very drying to the skin. They do not wish to copy these formulas. Ecco Bella products last a reasonably long time on the skin because the flower cutins help to prevent the cosmetics from ‘moving’.
