If you see an “email or password incorrect” message, make sure that the email address you entered is the one that you registered for your edX account.

How do I redeem an enrollment code?
You can redeem an enrollment code so that you can enroll in a certificate course for free or at a discount. There are two methods of redeeming an enrollment code.
Enter a Coupon Code
Browse or search for the course you want to take.
Select Enroll Now on the course enrollment page. A message displays confirming your enrollment.
Select Pursue a Verified Certificate. A payment page appears.
In the Add coupon code box, enter the enrollment code and select Apply.
Your cart will show $0 and you can now proceed to the course.
Enter a URL
Type or copy/paste the URL your company provided to you into your browser. A landing page displays courses that are available to you.
Select the course that you are interested in and select Enroll Now.
Does edX offer Full discounts?
Yes, edX offer full and partial discounts.
Full discount: If you are receiving a full discount, you will be directed to a receipt page, where you can confirm that you redeemed your code.
Partial discount: If you are receiving a partial discount, you will be redirected to a shopping cart where you can proceed with the check out. The balance shown reflects the discount.
