evo accepts payments through all major Credit/Debit cards.
evo ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Packages are picked up from our warehouse Mon-Fri and tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once in the hands of the shipping carrier.
They all could use an extra day. Every item they sell is covered by their 366-day return policy. If your new, unused item doesn’t work out, you have 366 days to return it.
Please be aware that refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Should the original payment method no longer be valid for any reason, we can offer credit via an evo gift card.
If you decide you want a different size, colour, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item, and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Refunds will be processed as soon as they receive your return.
