Mixbook accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
How do I check the status of my order?
Mixbook has two ways you can easily track your order.
* When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.
* Track your order on your Mixbook Account page and click “Orders” to see the list of your previous orders. Click the order number and you will be able to view the order’s status and tracking information if a trackable shipping method was selected.
Will customs or duty fees apply to my order if I am shipping outside of the United States?
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package arrives at the specified destination. The recipient will be responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, Mixbook has no control over these charges and cannot determine the amount charged (if any). Please note that Mixbook does not collect duties or taxes, as these fees go directly to the government.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
After an order has been submitted you have a 30-minute window to cancel your order. If your order has not been sent to print, you may cancel for a full refund. To do so, please visit your Account page and click “Orders” to see the list of your previous orders. Click the order number and you will be able to cancel you will see the option to cancel and refund. After the 30-minute window has passed they are no longer able to cancel or refund your order, due to the custom nature of their products.
Can I return a book if I don’t want it?
