Farfetch accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. Farfetch recommend that you register for an account so that you can start adding items to your Wishlist. You can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up to a time that you want. Any orders placed under guest checkout will not show if you create an account at a later date.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on their Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

What is the Farfetch returns policy?
To return your item, make sure to return your order within 14 days. Make sure to start the process within seven days of receiving your package to make sure your return arrives on time.
