All packages are shipped via UPS from their warehouse in sunny California.
They do their best to ship them as quickly as possible. However due to volume, please note that shipping timelines can be up to 10 business days for delivery. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends, or major holidays.
Their goal is to always ship your orders as quickly as possible. They're unable to adjust or cancel once the order is placed.

Please return them to them within 30 days (from the ship date) for a refund. All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund.
