WHERE IS MY ORDER?
They know you’re eager to get your package as quickly as possible, so they ship orders out within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and Holidays) unless otherwise noted in the product description. When your order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order number and tracking information. I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
If you open your package to discover that you received the incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact [email protected] It is essential to include as many details as possible such as:
*Product missing/wrong item
*Any applicable photos (wrong tag, invoice, etc.)
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have already gotten a shipping confirmation email, you will have to wait until you receive your order and then start a return/exchange using the link here.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
They are sorry your item(s) did not work out for you! Before starting a return/exchange, please review their return policy here.

If your item is returned and does not qualify for a refund or exchange, they will notify you via email. If the product is ineligible for return or exchange, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/STORE CREDIT?
Refunds typically take up to 1 week for the funds to go back into your account, but each bank is different. If you choose to return for store credit, your e-gift card will be emailed to you after your item is processed. Processing may take up to 72 hours.
