If you have placed an order but would like to cancel, you must contact them by email or telephone. Be sure to have your order/reference number on hand so they can help you as quickly as possible. They aim to process orders Monday – Friday by Midday following the placing of your order. If you contact them after midday following your order placement, they may have already processed your order and made arrangements for it to be shipped by the time you contact them. If this is the case, they can’t always stop the order from being delivered, but you can return the order to them, provided you have contacted them in an attempt to cancel it.

The purchasers for any reason may return their products within 14 days of receiving their receipt. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned with the original packaging will not be refunded. The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to GreenPan is the responsibility of the customer. GreenPan will not cover this charge. Under distance selling regulations if you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is dispatched, or up to 14 days after receipt. You have 14 days from their acceptance of the order (see Terms & Conditions sections 2 & 7) within which you can withdraw from the contract (you have to keep the products safe for return to them as per T&C clause 7.5).

Once you have contacted them to cancel your order, you will be given instructions on how to return the product to them. No items shall be returned without prior contact with GreenPan customer service representatives as stated above and without authorization to return an item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be refunded. The costs of returning unwanted purchases to them are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders canceled after the point of their acceptance/dispatch of the order.

If the product was not as expected on delivery, please contact customer service ASAP. As part of their terms of service, stated above, you can return the product, although your right to return the goods to them.
