On average shipments to most EU countries take from 2-4 business days. For further information, they advise you to read their shipping Shipping Policy – Shipping Time And Costs.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, they can cancel your order and process a complete refund to your original payment method or as store credit. To submit an order cancellation request, please contact them. Zepter International unfortunately cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.
If you receive a product which has been damaged during shipment or has a defect, please contact them within 30 days of when your order shipped with your order number and a photo of the issue and they will be able to assist with a refund or replacement.
Returns must be in good condition. Dirty items, broken items, items with sewn tags removed, and items with stains or damage are unacceptable for returns. For returns, please contact them within 30 days of when your order shipped. They will organize their delivery service to pick up the package from you at their expense.
