To change your flight to a different date or destination, log in to your My Trips page. Then click "Change Flight."
How do I purchase travel insurance?
Simply select travel insurance on the payment page when booking your flights โ itโs the easiest and often the most affordable way to protect your trip. If you declined the travel insurance offer, you can still protect your trip online or call Allianz Global Assistance at 1-866-681-6003.
What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
Allianz Travel Insurance plans can protect you from losses due to a pre-existing medical condition if you meet the following requirements:
- Travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of booking your flights.
- You are a U.S. resident when the insurance is purchased.
- You are medically able to travel when the insurance was purchased.
Is the Fare-Hold fee applied to each passenger on the reservation?
Yes, the charge will be applied to each person on the reservation at the time Fare-Hold is selected.
What happens if I do not purchase my ticket before my Fare-Hold period expires?
If you do not purchase your ticket prior to your Fare-Hold period expiration, your reservation and seat assignment(s) will automatically cancel.
How can I cancel Fare-Hold Reservation?
- Visit My Trips.
- Under Saved Trips, locate the Fare-Hold reservation that you would like to cancel.
- Click the โCancel Fare-Hold and Remove Tripโ link.
- Your reservation and seat assignment(s) are now cancelled.
