Jane Prams care about their customers and they want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you change your mind for any reason they can alter or cancel the order up until it is dispatched.

Jane Prams products are covered by a guarantee for 2 years from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
What if goods faulty/damaged?
Please contact them before returning goods as many problems can be solved before items are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a repair, refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case.
