Yes, Just Lenses ship orders worldwide every day. They ship via FedEx International. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method.
How can I track my order?
Your Just Lenses Account allows you to track all of your orders. Once you login to your My Account page there is an Order Status page which is automatically updated with the current status of all your orders.
What do I do if my package is damaged?
Just Lenses guarantees that you will receive the exact brand name contact lenses specified in your order and confirmed by your eye care practitioner. They also guarantee that all contact lenses will be delivered in perfect condition and free of any manufacturer defects.
How do I cancel an order?
If you do decide to cancel an order, follow these steps:
* Check your Order Status by logging into your account. You will see a record of all your orders and beside each one will be the order status.
* If the status is not “Processing” or “Shipped”, you can cancel your order by clicking on the order number to view the order detail. Simply click on the “Cancel Order” link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
* If the status is “Processing”, your order has been sent to the warehouse to be picked and packed. Please contact Just Lenses Customer Service Department to cancel your order.
* If the status is “Shipped”, your order has left their warehouse and is on its way to you. Please refer to their No-Hassle Returns process.
How do I return a product?
Just Lenses guarantee that you will receive the same brand name contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer’s sterile packaging. If within 1 year of purchase the product is found to be unsatisfactory, please contact them for replacement or credit.
