How can I track my order?
To track your current or past orders, go to My Account (located at the bottom of the homepage) and click on View Past Orders. This page will list all of the orders you have placed with them. The last column of the list will inform you of the order’s current status. If the order has shipped you may click on the status to view the tracking information regarding the order.
How do I remove books from the existing order?
If you have added too many copies of a particular title or ordered a book you no longer want they would be able to remove those titles from your order on your behalf. You can remove the title(s) from your order by creating a Service Inquiry with their customer service team. Be sure to select the Change Order Quantity subject line option and please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason you would like to remove the title(s) from the order. Kidsbooks.com customer service team will reply to your modification request.
How can I cancel my order?
First, find out the status of your order (see How do I view the status of my current or past orders for instructions) to see if we have already shipped your order out to you.
If your order is still being processed you can cancel your order by creating a Service Inquiry with their customer service team. Be sure to select the Cancel Order subject line option and please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason you would like to cancel the order and their customer service team will reply to your cancellation request.
Unfortunately, if an order has already been shipped, they cannot complete the cancellation. In that event, you can contact us when the order is delivered to you to arrange for a Return Authorization Number.
What is Kidsbooks.com‘s return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please place a Service Inquiry with their customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to select the “Returns, Refunds or Replacements” subject line option. Please include your order number and contact information as well as the reason for your return.
Kidsbooks.com customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and once we have received your return back at their facility you will be reimbursed. Please note: the original and return shipping charges are not applicable for reimbursement. They do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.
Please note that their Scratch & Dent books are guaranteed to be structurally sound and entirely readable. However, due to the nature and discounting of the Scratch & Dent products, returns are not accepted on the basis of minor cosmetic issues.
Any sealed products (music CDs, audiobooks, videos, software, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened.
If Returns should become excessive or unwarranted then Kidsbooks.com has the right to restrict or disallow returns at their discretion
