When will my orders arrive?
Orders are usually handled within 24hrs and posted within 2-4 working days after placing the order. If for some reason an order cannot be posted within that time, you will be contacted on the email address you provided at checkout.

If you receive incorrect products please contact Lunette at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a contact number. You may also return your new, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund by contacting email@example.com.

Used products cannot be returned, no exceptions. All Lunette items undergo rigorous quality control. If for some reason you receive a faulty item please contact the Manufacturer at firstname.lastname@example.org - they can replace faulty products and discuss a solution for you. Returns are fully inspected to verify their terms have been met. They reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet their terms. Original and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received.
