You will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately after purchase – if applicable, you will then be sent an additional email containing the tracking number when your order ships, so you can track it online right to your door.

Your order will usually be shipped within 72 hours. Typically orders are delivered within 5 business days in the United States, within 2 weeks to Canada, and international orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive (depending on your shipping location).

To help ensure a specific delivery date (provided you give us 10 working days' notice), you can contact them.

If you are not in when your package reaches your shipping address, please refer to the redelivery options supplied by the company attempting delivery. If no delivery note is supplied, please consult your online tracking ID number to identify the whereabouts of your package and how to arrange collection.

If for any reason the item is returned to them (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then they will inform you immediately by email as soon as they receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish them to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that are undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, they reserve the right to deduct their outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

Although they are able to ship most orders within the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances their shipping capacity can be exceeded, which can cause additional delays of 1-2 days. Regrettably, this is an unfortunate consequence of high volume sales periods, as well as for weekend and public holiday order placements.

Other reasons for additional delays may include the delivery service itself experiencing a problem, or border and customs departments retaining shipments on international shipments. These events are unfortunately beyond their control.

Nootopia will accept a return of unopened boxes of product(s) within 365 days of purchase. This applies to subscription and non-subscription purchases. The first box of the first purchase of any stack will constitute a trial of the product. Any return afterwards with opened boxes will attract a prorated refund.

All international orders are to be returned at the customer’s expense via a trackable method. In cases where the reason for return is due to an error by the company, or still within the terms of the satisfaction guarantee, the return fees will be reimbursed to the customer.
