Do you deliver internationally?
They are happy to send their Nourished boxes internationally, but please be aware this may incur additional shipping costs and take slightly longer than their normal speedy service.

How do I place my order?
On their website, you can either chose to take their lifestyle assessment, create your own Nourished stack and they also have their pre-blend range to choose from. Add your creations to your basket and when you have completed your order, simply ‘go to checkout’.
Can I amend my order?
Due to the personalization of their stacks, they print on demand. If you need to make any amendments or cancellations for new orders please contact them at [email protected]
within 30 minutes of your order being placed! They are very speedy at printing your Nourishments! For existing subscriptions please advise of changes or cancellations to your orders 2 days before your next order is due to be processed.
Can I change my re-occurring order?
You can change your Nourished stacks anytime up to 2 days before it is processed. Please contact them at [email protected]
How do I return my item?
All of their stacks are made to order and have a shelf life of 90 days. Due to the personalization of the product, they do not accept returns. Please email [email protected]

Can I get a refund?
Because all of their stacks are personalized to you, they are unable to offer refunds. If you have feedback about their product or packaging, please email them at [email protected]
