What is the payment method?
Nursing Pillow accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
How long does it take to process my orders?
Nursing Pillow ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If they anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.
When will I receive my confirmation email?
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
What is the changes/cancellation policy?
* Because orders may be mailed out the same day that they are placed, Nursing Pillow do not allow order changes or cancellations.
* They know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new never been soiled, product and not someone’s exchange or return.
What if I received a damaged/defective item?
Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
* If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
* Nursing Pillow do not replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
