How can I check the status of my delivery?
If you think your order is late, please check the expected delivery date and the status of your order in Your Account. If there is a tracking number for your delivery, you can find it in your Order History and you should also receive it by email (and SMS if you so choose).

The contact details of each shipping provider are included below. Contacting their shipping providers directly will give you the best and most up to date information about your order’s delivery status.
How much does shipping cost?
Their shipping rates can be found in their price list, or on the checkout page after you have placed your products in the shopping basket. Shipping rates depend on the size of your order and the shipping method you choose.
Can I cancel my order?
You will only be able to make changes within 30 minutes after placing the order. Once an order is successfully cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
My product is damaged o broken, what do I do?
Optimalprint pack every product with care and extra protection to secure that it is not damaged during transportation. If you have received a broken or damaged product, please contact Optimalprint and attach a picture of the damaged product received.
