If your gift product is damaged, please email Red Balloon’s customer experience team via their Help Centre so they can investigate the matter with the gift provider on your behalf.
Can I get a refund on a gift product?
Once a gift product or hamper has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. If it is damaged when it arrives, please contact Red Balloon.
Do Red Balloon price match?
Besides curating the best experiences for you, Red Balloon also guarantee you’ll pay the same as you would buying directly from the experience provider. If you find the experience advertised at a lower standard price, Red Balloon are sorry! Just make a copy, or take a screenshot of the lower rate, and tell Red Balloon within 30 days of your purchase and they will match the advertised price.
