Where is my order?
As for processing time, they may need up to 3-7 business days to prepare your order after placing your order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate. This processing time does not include shipping time. As for delivery time, please check the Shipping Info page. They will inform you with an email after shipment so please log into your account >> click on “My Orders” and click on the “Track Order Details” button for more details.
Can I cancel my order?
There are two types of order cancellation:
* Canceling an unpaid order.
Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. or please log into your account >> click on “My Orders” and click on the “Cancel Order” button. Your order will be canceled.
* Canceling a paid order.
If you haven’t received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order under “My Orders”.
Please note that they CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact them to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
How can I track my order?
Romwe provides some easy ways to track your packages:
* Shipping Email: It contains your tracking number and a link to the courier’s site.
* Track via ‘My Orders’: Select the order in question and click ‘Track’.
What is the return policy?
Romwe are bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and they gladly accept returns within 60 days from the purchase date for most items in new condition.
* After you receive your order, you have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you if not, you can certainly come to them within 60 days.
* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
* Please DO NOT send your return to the address on your package. That is not their return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Note: The original shipping fee and return insurance are non-refundable.
How do I receive my full refund?
They will offer a full refund for all returnable items, excluding the shipping fees, shipping guarantee, and non- refundable items (bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
