SmartTeck accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and JCB.
What is the shipping policy?
Most orders will require a signature on delivery (except some very low-cost Royal Mail 1st Class items). If you are not in when the courier/postman calls, a card will be left and you can rearrange the delivery on an alternate date.
DPD offer the additional facility of rearranging delivery date by email or text. On the morning that your order is due to be delivered, you will receive a text/email giving a 1hr delivery time-slot (e.g. 9:30 am to 10:30 am). If this time/date is not convenient, you can immediately postpone delivery to another date by replying to the message.
What if my item is missing or incorrect?
All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact their Customer Services department on 0800 36 88 666.
What if my orders are damaged?
In the event that you receive a damaged item, speak to Customer Services on 0800 36 88 666 within 72 hours of receiving the order. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item has been returned and inspected.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to them within 14 days of receiving your order.
How long does the refund process take?
Refunds can take 3 to 5 working days to reach in your bank account (after issuing a refund) depending on your banks processing time.
