If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 pm EST ship out the same business day, pending any unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If an item is on backorder, it will ship out once it passes its quality control process.
Your gift packaging is not refundable.
Due to the quick processing time at their distribution center, Soma is unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
Returns must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt, or the date and amount of the purchase must be validated in their system. Customer identification may be required. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or it must be defective. Merchandise purchased in an outlet store must be returned to the outlet. Purchases must be returned to the country of the original purchase. Soma is unable to accept the return of products purchased online via BorderFree.
