Standout accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
What are the delivery charges and times?
All orders are sent tracked with 1st class delivery. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, while International orders are processed by Hermes, FedEx or Royal Mail and delivered by your local mail company. Please view pricing on our delivery page.

How do I return an item for a refund?
Returning your goods is simple. If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to them within 30 days of receiving your order. When returning goods to them please write the reason and request on the invoice, wrap securely and send it back to our address listed below.

When will I receive my replacement?
Please allow 3 business days from receipt of a return for them to process an exchange.
How long will it take for you to refund me?
Refunds are usually processed within three to five days after the goods are received back at standout.co.uk, but may take longer to appear on your account statement. They will email you to confirm a refund has been made.
