Steiner Sports accepts VISA, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and PayPal.
What is the policy for shipping?
Almost all of their products are available for international shipping. International shipping costs vary by destination and by item. If you need assistance with placing an international order, contact them. International imports usually require the payment of brokerage, duties, and/or taxes to the destination country. Any duties and taxes assessed are the sole responsibility of the customer. They charge an additional 10% fee for orders shipping to Australia as well as a 15% fee for orders shipping to New Zealand. This is to ensure the goods and services tax is covered at checkout so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
When will my order arrive?/shipping time?
Most approved orders are shipped within one business day unless noted on the product page or in an exception below. If your order is approved after 1 PM EST Monday through Friday, on Saturday and Sunday, or during government and select religious holidays, your package will be processed the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose. For example, if you choose an item that usually ships in 1 business day, allow about 1 day for processing/packaging and 3 business days for transit. Another example is if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your package should be processed on Monday. Please, refer to product page details for estimated processing times.
What do I do if my order is lost?
Please use the tracking number to monitor your order to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed. If an order is not reported to their company within 10 business days of delivery, there will be no recourse for reimbursement.
Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please Contact Them and a Fan Services’ athlete will be more than happy to assist. An investigation will be initiated and upon the conclusion of that investigation, a new item may be shipped to the customer.
What is the policy for damaged or defective, merchandise?
*Please Contact Steiner Sports within 48 hours of receipt of package if your merchandise has been damaged in transit of shipment or is defective.
*For damaged items they may issue a ‘call tag’ to have your package picked up. The customer should HOLD the package for the carrier service to pick up the package for inspection. It is the customer’s responsibility to see that the package is available for pickup by carrier or to drop off the package within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
*The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return. Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging.
*If the transit carrier determines the item was damaged during transit they will issue a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Damaged in transit returns will not be assessed with restocking fees.
What is the return policy?
*In order for a return to be properly checked in to our warehouse, a Return Merchandise Authorization # & shipping label is required. *Returns will not be accepted at our location without an RMA #. To obtain an RMA please Contact Steiner Sports
*Please have your order # ready, the product you wish to return/exchange, and reason for return/exchange
*Pack the item in a secure box and write the RMA# on the outside of the box
*A pre-paid return label will be sent via email to the email address on the original order
What is the policy for refund?
Once your return is received and inspected by their fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed less a 15% restock fee for returned merchandise, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days.
