TASCHEN cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.

Great care is taken to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. They recommend handling of all unframed pieces by a certified art handler to avoid any unintended damage at the time of receipt/inspection. If your artwork is damaged in transit or faulty and you wish to order a replacement, please notify them within 3 days of receipt. Please save the box and all packaging material; they must have these items in order to process the claim.

If the content of your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs. You may also opt for a replacement delivery (subject to availability).
