Yes. They ship Internationally.
How soon will I get my refund?
Get an instant store credit to use back on The Chivery right away OR get refunded back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days of confirmed delivery and inspection by returns gurus.
Will I get charged for return shipping?
Unfortunately, they are unable to provide return labels to customers located outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees. They recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.
How do I make an exchange?
To make an exchange, simply return your items that did not work out and place a new order for the desired exchange items. Exchanges from Canada are simply treated as a return and reorder.
How do I make a return?
Enter the email address associated with your order. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label within 45 days of delivery.
Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. Securely pack your up the item(s) you would like to return, place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside, and take your package to your local USPS.
To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. They recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
