My order has been shipped but it is taking a long time to arrive?

For new orders placed since June 5th NZ Post are now advising 90% of shipments will be delivered within 3 business days to most parts of the country once they have arrived within NZ.

Orders can only be shipped to a single delivery/MarketPoint location. If you need items shipped to different addresses, you will need to place one order per delivery/MarketPoint location.

Do TheMarket ship to overseas addresses?

TheMarket currently only ship orders to New Zealand addresses. They are not able to ship to an overseas address.

What if I am not home when the courier delivers my order?

If you are not home when your order is being delivered, depending on the value of the item, the courier used, and the level of service (signature / no signature required) your order will either be carded and returned to the local depot or left in a place deemed safe by the courier.

What is TheMarket Return Policy?

TheMarket offers returns for 30 days from the date a customer receives their order. You can return items for free, at one of TheMarket MarketPoint locations, or you can send items back via their own delivery method, to TheMarket Central returns location in New Zealand, or to the Merchant’s return location in New Zealand.

Items can’t be returned if:

• You used the product in a way that a reasonable consumer would not
