What is the payment method?
Yumi Kim accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. You can also use your store credit. Your store credit will never expire and may also be combined with promotions.
How can I modify an order?
You may track your order to determine whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order is still in the fulfillment center, please contact Customer Support at 646-503-5730 or via email support@yumikim.com with your order number.
Will I be taxed on my purchase?
Yumi Kim does not charge sales tax in the United States with the exception of New York. Yumi Kim cannot override the designated state sales tax.
How do I make a return?
Complete the return form included in your order. Note your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return in the space indicated. Use a secure package to ship the merchandise you wish to return (they advise that you maintain a copy of your packing slip for your records) and attach the pre-paid FedEx shipping label included in your order by removing the white adhesive at the back.
When will I receive my refund?
You receive email notifications when they receive your return and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for them to process your return after they receive it.
