CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, Adidas are unable to exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with their return policy.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, OR ISN’T WHAT I ORDERED?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, return the product as per the return instructions. If you have received the incorrect order please contact their customer service advisors, and let the representative know the details of your order and they will then assist you further.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Orders can only be placed via Adidas online shop. Feel free to call their online shop customer service team, and let the advisor know what products you are interested in purchasing. They can then talk you through the process of placing your orders online.
HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER CODE?
To apply your voucher code, click the Checkout button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag. Under the order summary click “Enter promo code” then type your voucher code into the box and click ‘Apply’.
