Holiday Suites accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.
Can I make a booking from my country?
Definitely, you can make a booking from any country.
How do I make a reservation?
On their website: you can book your next stay at Holiday Suites, literally 24/7. Fill in your desired destination and dates of stay. Then choose your stay from the results list and go through the booking process, including the completion of your travel company, any extras and your personal details.
Via a Holiday Advisor: you can contact them daily from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM by phone at +32 (0)2 588 03 03. Holiday Suites will be happy to book your stay based on your wishes.
You will always receive a confirmation of your booking via e-mail. If you prefer not to pay immediately, you will also receive a secured payment link via e-mail so you can pay later for your booking.
Will I get a confirmation of my change?
Certainly: with every change to your reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a new invoice attached. If payment is still outstanding, you will also find a payment link in the e-mail.
Is it possible to pay for my booking on arrival?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Holiday Suites work with a digital reception so there is no reception on site. Your booking needs to be paid in full in advance.
Under no circumstances do they accept a cash payment.
