Why do all communication and payments take place on KKday?
KKday aim to create a safe and trustworthy travel experience for you. As such, all payments and communication with the tour supplier take place through KKday.com or through their KKday app. If the order is cancelled, KKday ensures that your funds will be refunded. Once you have redeemed your voucher, you are able to review the service. Please note that all cancellations must adhere to the cancellation policy. If you bypass KKday’s cancellation policy, KKday will not be able to support you with your refund request.
Where can I get my receipt?
If you require a receipt, log into your account, go to ‘My bookings’ from the drop-down menu and then choose the order for which you need a receipt. Click on the ‘Need a receipt?’ button on the booking page. You will receive a pdf invoice via email.
Can I pay KKday in any currency?
Payments can only be made in TWD when paying via credit card. When paying via Paypal, payments are only accepted in USD.
If you are paying via the KKday app, you can choose to pay in your preferred currency.
For any questions regarding currency conversion and international transaction fees, please contact your local bank, as these fees are collected by your bank, not KKday.
What is the cancellation policy at KKday?
In the event that you are delayed due to forces of nature or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please contact KKday immediately. You will be asked to send proof of your circumstances (e.g. flight delays, medical note) to [email protected] Please include your booking number in the subject line.
Once the KKday team is in touch with the tour supplier, they will confirm your refund as soon as possible.
