Does SHEIKE ship to work addresses?
Yes, they do! Please make sure that the business name and details are correct when placing the order. This will make it easier for the delivery driver to find you
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed they are not able to make any changes, sorry about that! If an order has not been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it for you so you can replace your order correctly.
Do you sell gift cards?
They have two methods: The E-Voucher, a virtual card sent via email, and Gift Card, a physical card that can be purchased in-store. Both can be used in stores or online.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and has left their warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details. SHEIKE Account holders can also access these details by going to MY ORDERS and choosing the SHIPMENTS tab in your online account.
Can I check the stock of a dress?
All available stock from their Online Warehouse is available for purchase from their website. If you are after a stock check for a particular store please use the ‘FIND IN STORE’ feature on the product page.
