Dungarees ships within provided countries provided during the checkout process.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, orders ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise notified at checkout. Within the US, shipments should deliver within 1-6 business days after it leaves their facility. If an item you have ordered is on backorder, you will be notified during checkout and by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes. If you have an account with them, you may log in and view any order that you have placed. If you do not have an account with them, you may still view your order. They will provide you with an order status if your item hasn’t shipped or a tracking number if it has been shipped.
How do I change my order?
You will need to call them immediately to submit the online Order Change/Request form or send an email to info@dungarees.com to change your order. If the order has been shipped, they cannot make any changes to your order. If you need to change your shipping address and your order has been shipped, you may be subject to additional shipping fees.
What is Dungarees return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery.
How long does the return process take?
Once they receive your returned shipment, it is processed within 1-3 business days. If you are expecting a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post to your account. If you need your exchange items faster, you may place a new order and request a refund for your original order.
Can I return an item after 90 days?
In some cases, they do allow returns after 90 days for exchange only. It is determined on a case-by-case basis so please contact them before returning your item.

To report defective items, you must contact a Dungarees customer service representative by phone or email. Defective claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be addressed carefully by their customer service team.
