Can I amend my order?
Charles & Keith cannot amend an order once it has been placed. Amending includes: changing the size/colour of item(s), removing or adding item(s), changing the billing or shipping addresses, and payment mode or delivery mode.
The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
You can click on the “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK” button located at the product detail page to be notified when the item is back.
Can I request a return?
Yes, all you have to do is submit a Return Request via the online store, within 30 days from the receipt date.
I didn’t receive my package yet?
In case this happens, you can track your order to check on the shipment. Or you can go to the online tracking system of the designated courier company and enter the tracking number indicated in the email.
