All orders are sent by NZ Post's courier service. NZ Post will deliver during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, orders are sometimes sent in multiple packages from different locations. This means that from time to time you will receive a package with only some of the items you ordered. Don’t worry – the rest of your order will be processed and dispatched shortly after.

They charge a non-refundable delivery fee of $9.95 for orders under $100 and offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Most orders can be expected to take 1-3 business days to process and ship. This is counted from the first business day following the day you placed your order. Rural addresses may take longer so allow for 3-5 business days.

Processing: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process before it's shipped.

Shipping: NZ Post will then deliver orders in 1-3 business days after shipment. Rural addresses can add 1-3 days to the delivery time.

You can return your product to any Number One Shoes, Hannahs store, providing all the terms and conditions of their returns policy have been met.

They do not guarantee the availability of sizes or styles at their retail stores. Therefore, if the size or style is not available in-store but is available online, you may be offered a store refund and invited to reorder the exchange size.

They will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days of receipt of your parcel. They do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. They recommend you use a Courier service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. Courier costs are non-refundable. However, any exchanges will be sent to the customer free of charge.

Number One Shoes, Hannahs and Hush Puppies stand by the quality of their merchandise. Should any defect present itself, please visit one of their branches with the products and ask to speak with the manager. They want you to be happy with your purchase. In addition to your rights under the CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT they will gladly exchange or refund unworn products returned in its original condition and packaging, EXCLUDING clearance items, when accompanied by the original receipt and returned within 60 days of purchase. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return. The delivery fee is non-refundable.
